A structured Host/Hostess role is critical to provide guidance to guests in the restaurant or casino. The Host/Hostess will typically will spend the most time with guests during their stay at the restaurant.
Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners Prepare tables or counters for meals.
Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of restaurant personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons Stock the service area with supplies (e.g. coffee, glassware).
Assist the servers and server assistants where necessary (i.e.: clearing plates, setting tables)
Sage Host/Hostess may be required to work in another food and beverage outlet from time to time as directed by management
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must have previous customer service experience, preferably in a related environment.
Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours/day.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
