  • Overview

    The Guest Service Agent is focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making connections with all of our guests. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our hotel guests and be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they check out.


    • Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
    • Welcome all guests’ to the hotel and attempt to meet all special requests.
    • Resolve all guest challenges before they leave the hotel.
    • Ownership of cash handling.
    • Thank all guests’ for choosing our hotel upon arrival and departure.
    • Answer a 6 line phone console.
    • Delegate all guest requests to the appropriate departments.
    • Handle all Room Service orders.
    • Ensure the delivery of all guest facsimiles, messages and wake-up calls.
    • Keep the lobby, front desk and back office clean and orderly.
    • Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of hotel guest property to their rooms or to the appropriate location.
    • Work in accordance with safe work practices and job procedures
    • Report any accidents or deficiencies immediately
    • Other duties as required


    • High School diploma required
    • Previous hotel experience preferred
    • University Degree/College Diploma preferred
    • Intermediate computer knowledge
    • Previous experience with a property management system
    • Knowledge of Resort facilities
    • Knowledge of local service and attractions
    • Dynamic and outgoing personality
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Good communication skills in English (verbal, written and spoken)
    • Lifting/carrying/pulling up to 50 lbs.

    • Standing/sitting for long periods of time.
    • Pushing, pulling, bending and reaching.

    Associates may be required to work different shifts and schedules to accommodate the changing demand of business, including weekends and Holidays.
