  • Overview

    A Floor Supervisor role is critical to the success of the River Cree Resort & Casino. The primary purpose of the Dual Rate Floor Supervisor  is to demonstrate the knowledge to be able to supervise the day to day operations of a grouping of gaming tables.

    • Able to handle minor concerns or disputes between guests and the casino
    • Communicates information on suspicious table activity to the manager.
    • Able to complete Game evaluations and Circle of Service audits.
    • Reports player’s gaming activity to management
    • Rate players based on their action on the gaming floor
    • Responsible for checking the accuracy of money and chip transactions at gaming tables


    • High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education an asset.
    • Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated experience as a Multi-Game Dealer with a full knowledge and experience in dealing the following games: Blackjack, Proprietary Games, Baccarat and Roulette. Poker and Craps is an asset.
    • Knowledge of advantage and cheating at play on games being supervised.
    • Ability to obtain or maintain a Deal Us IN phase 2 and Pro Serve licenses.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in the casino industry.
    • Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as Floor Supervisor.
    • Experience with table games, rules, and procedures.
    • Proven ability to coach and mentor associates.
    • Excellent interaction skills with the public
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Proven ability to coach and mentor associates.
    • Able to work in high stress environments and dealing with conflict situations.
    • Able to work in a smoking environment.

    The Floor Supervisor’s schedule may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays.
