The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for providing a value-added experience to all Resort guests throughout our property. The GSR is responsible for the Coat Check and Players Club. This position will include data entry and assisting with the internal/external promotions executed by the Marketing Department for the Resort and helping in the retail outlet.
The GSR will be responsible for creating a positive, informative and fun atmosphere for the Resort. This position is critical in developing loyalty with our patrons and associates. They will promote and maintain the utmost integrity and highest caliber of guest service and respect to all guests and other associates.

The GSR works various types of shifts on a rotating schedule that may include days, nights, evenings and overnights. All personnel must be available for all shifts assigned.
