Reporting to the Cage Manager the Cage Cashier will ensure they promote utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service and respect to all the guests, associates, and AGLC personnel.

To ensure public areas and public washrooms are cleaned routinely throughout the day, ensure public washrooms and pool and health club are always sanitized and re-stocked. A structured Server role is critical to serve prepared foods and drinks to casino guests. The server will typically will spend the most time with guests during their stay at the casino.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Server will be responsible for collecting food and drink orders from guests. This will include collecting special dining requests they may have. They will also assist guests to choose selections they would enjoy and answer questions regarding allergy alerts. He/she will bill and collect cash after meals from guests.

The primary role of the Health & Safety Program Manager (HSPM) is to ensure that the resort is compliant with all Alberta Occupational Health & Safety legislation. The HSPM will be responsible for implementation, execution and maintenance of the Resort’s Health & Safety Program.
